Juliette is a specialist hand therapist with 15 years of experience. She is an Accredited Hand Therapist from the British Association of Hand Therapists (BAHT) and has also completed post graduate qualifications in Healthcare Leadership, Injection Therapy and Prescribing. 

 

Juliette qualified as a Physiotherapist from King’s College London in 2006, and has worked both in France and in the UK in the NHS and private sector, gaining experience in managing a range of different hand and upper limb related conditions and injuries. Juliette currently works as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner Hand Therapist at The Royal Free Hospital, London. She also offers private hand therapy to patients of all ages from babies to adults in North West London.

Juliette has a extensive experience in the management of hand and wrist trauma in both adults and paediatrics. She also regularly manages patients post surgery, those with acquired conditions such as work-related upper limb disorders, arthritis, congenital hand anomalies and neurological conditions. Juliette has a special interest in sporting injuries and has experience of working with athletes of all levels, rehabilitating from the acute phase all the way through to returning to sport.

Juliette has a passion for teaching, and regularly organises and lectures on Post Graduate training courses and Masters programmes. Previously, she has also had the opportunity to volunteer her hand therapy expertise in Sierra Leone. Juliette also plays an active role in reserach in her NHS role.

Outside of work, Juliette can be found travelling the world, keeping fit and is a keen skier.
